IRA Rollover
On December 16 Congress passed the much-anticipated tax legislation which acts to extend the Bush tax cuts. This includes a two-year extension of the charitable IRA rollover gift opportunity, including the ability to make retroactive 2010 gifts if they are completed by January 3, 2011.
